DGTA has just completed another successful meeting.  What started out as a series of conversations at the second Labelmaster symposium in November, 2007, has grown into a real association and the August meeting in Washington DC was an indication of the commitment so many have to the success of the organization.

It would not have happened without the help of many people who have taken the time out of their busy schedules to help us form an association and start down the path for a voluntary accredited certification program for Dangerous Goods Trainers.  At every meeting the wealth of participants’ knowledge and willingness to share that knowledge to promote Dangerous Goods Transportation Safety is inspiring.  To those of you who have found time to join our meetings, or email your thoughts, we can only say THANK YOU!!!

Each and everyone one of you has validated that DGTA is the right step towards making the world a safer place.  We could not be doing this work without you.  We would like to take this opportunity to recognize and thank those who have been able to attend the meetings we have had so far in 2008.
